What is included in the monthly rate?
A furnished office, Wi-Fi, utilities, use of the kitchen, printing and scanning, mail and package receiving, and (with most offices) a set number of conference-room hours each month. Phone answering and extra meeting-room time are add-ons.
How long is the commitment?
Most offices are month-to-month with one month's notice. Longer terms earn free months — the specials page shows the current offers.
Can I just use the address?
Yes. Virtual office plans give you the address, mail handling and meeting-room access without a physical office; they are run by our sister company Same Day Virtual.
Is someone at the center?
Our team works business hours, Monday to Friday, and is reachable by phone and email. Some centers run without a staffed desk at all times, so tours and visits are by appointment — we will make sure the right person is there.
